1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "777cxp", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 777cxp platform and all associated gaming services accessible at 777cxp.net.
• "Platform" means the 777cxp website, mobile browser interface, casino lobby, sportsbook, live dealer service, and all ancillary tools and features made available to registered players.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 777cxp platform in any capacity.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, and all funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Household. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Only one Account per household, device, IP address, and payment method is permitted. Registration of duplicate accounts — whether deliberately or inadvertently — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts, together with the forfeiture of any Balance or Bonus Funds held across those Accounts.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide true, current, and accurate information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. 777cxp reserves the right to verify registration information at any time. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the 777cxp platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 777cxp does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. 777cxp makes no representation that the platform is available for lawful use in all jurisdictions.

2.5 KYC Verification. Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must successfully complete the KYC verification process by submitting valid government-issued photo identification (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and, where required, proof of address and proof of payment method. KYC documents are reviewed within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawal requests will remain in a pending state until KYC verification is approved.

3. Account Security & Responsibilities

3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify 777cxp immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 777cxp will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.3 Personal Use Only. Your Account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account, place wagers on your behalf, or receive any benefit from your Account activity. Account sharing is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3.4 Account Accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring that your Account details remain accurate and up to date at all times. Any changes to your name, address, or contact information must be communicated to the 777cxp support team promptly. 777cxp accepts no liability for misdirected communications or failed transactions arising from inaccurate Account information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 777cxp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following PKR-denominated payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. 777cxp reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 777cxp does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply charges independently of 777cxp. Such charges are your responsibility.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Deposit and withdrawal transactions are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed within the Account cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and Account verification status.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed KYC verification and whose Accounts are in good standing. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically and operationally possible. 777cxp reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. 777cxp aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe following KYC clearance. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests at any given time.

4.6 Currency. All Account Balances are held in PKR. Transactions initiated in a different denomination will be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of processing. 777cxp is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the value of funds held in your Account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers available on the 777cxp platform are subject to individual eligibility criteria as specified in the terms of each promotion. General eligibility requires that the Player holds a verified Account in good standing. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers are available to Pakistani residents only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the applicable promotion terms. The wagering requirement must be met in full before any portion of the Bonus Funds — or winnings derived from Bonus Funds — may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier, eligible games, and time limits applicable to each promotion are set out in that promotion's individual terms.

5.3 Bonus Forfeiture. If you request a withdrawal before fulfilling the applicable wagering requirement on active Bonus Funds, all Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Only your real-money Balance, net of any bonus contribution, will be available for withdrawal in such cases.

5.4 Abuse Prevention. 777cxp reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus — and to recover the value of any related winnings — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, or exploiting promotional structures in bad faith.

5.5 Promotional Changes. 777cxp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of claiming.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the 777cxp platform are sourced from certified third-party software providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate representations of the long-run statistical return of each game.

6.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure that results in an incorrect outcome being displayed, 777cxp reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake to the Player's Account Balance. Winnings generated as a result of a confirmed technical malfunction will not be paid out. Malfunction voids all pays and play.

6.3 Sportsbook Settlement. Sportsbook markets are settled in accordance with the settlement rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published within the sportsbook section. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, 777cxp's determination shall be final subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13.

6.4 Player Responsibility. It is your responsibility to ensure that you understand the rules of any game or market before placing a wager. 777cxp is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a Player's misunderstanding of game rules or betting market conditions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777cxp platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Account Balances and Bonus Funds:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading identity or financial information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place wagers.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured game parameters to generate winnings.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting for promotional gain and structured low-risk betting to clear wagering requirements.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals with your payment provider following Account activity.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including fraud or money laundering.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Attempting to access another player's Account or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Age Restriction. 777cxp operates a strict 21+ policy. All players must be at least 21 years of age. Underage gambling is a serious matter, and 777cxp enforces age verification through the KYC process as a condition of withdrawal eligibility.

9.2 Restricted Use. 10. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will 777cxp be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform.

10.3 Third-Party Services. The 777cxp platform integrates services provided by third-party payment providers and game suppliers. 777cxp is not liable for disruptions, errors, or losses arising from the acts or omissions of these third-party providers.

10.4 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777cxp's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination & Suspension

11.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the 777cxp support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

11.2 Closure by 777cxp. 777cxp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity is detected.
• A regulatory obligation requires the suspension or closure of the Account.
• The Player is found to be ineligible to hold an Account under Section 2.
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding 12 months without any login or transaction activity.

11.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts inactive for a period of 12 or more consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 777cxp reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts, the details of which will be communicated to the Player at the registered contact address prior to any deduction being applied.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 Right to Amend. 777cxp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, 777cxp will endeavour to provide advance notice via the registered contact details associated with your Account.

12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the 777cxp platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.1.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 777cxp's international gaming licence. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable local law, the provisions of the governing licence jurisdiction shall prevail to the extent permitted by law.

13.2 Dispute Resolution.
